One of the things I love most about children is their endless curiosity.
They ask questions adults might never think to ask.
"Why is the sky blue?"
"How do birds know where to fly?"
"What would happen if I lived on the moon?"
Sometimes their questions make us smile. Other times, they make us stop and think. But every question is an opportunity to learn, grow, and discover something new.
Curiosity is the Beginning of Learning
Long before children learn to read or write, they begin learning by asking questions.
Curiosity encourages children to observe, investigate, and solve problems. It teaches them that learning isn't about having all the answers—it's about enjoying the journey of discovering them.
When we encourage curiosity, we're helping children develop critical thinking, creativity, and confidence.

One of the easiest ways to inspire curiosity is by reading together.
Books introduce children to places they've never visited, animals they've never seen, historical events, scientific discoveries, and imaginative adventures that spark new questions.

Encourage Questions—Even When You Don't Know the Answer
As parents, grandparents, and educators, we sometimes feel pressure to have all the answers.
The truth is, we don't have to.

"That's a great question. Let's find out together."
Looking up information, visiting the library, watching educational videos, or simply exploring nature together teaches children that learning is something we continue throughout our lives.

What secrets might be hiding inside an old manor?
Those simple "what if" questions often become the beginning of an exciting adventure.
My hope is that every book encourages children to wonder a little more, imagine a little bigger, and never stop asking questions.
